We’ve had some DMs requesting that we show proper dead-body-dragging-form to help out a particular group. 💀 Y’all are always complaining about sciatica. No wonder! You’re dragging those bodies while you’re all hunched over and inefficient in your movements. 🫠 WWYTT? What Would Your Trainer Think? C’mon now. Stabilize your foundation from the ground up by gently gripping with the feet. Use a wider stance for a heavier body. Hinge at the hips–don’t be rounding over to drag. Brace yo core and get those legs involved in the pulling. 😁 🦵🦵  Now you’re moving with efficiency and strength. Way to go! 😃👍
