Some polling locations in Baltimore opened more than an hour late on Primary Election Day. Baltimore City had its share of problems right out of the gate. Voters ran into long lines and, in some cases, precincts opened late, including the Woodhome Recreation Center. Baltimore City elections director Armstead Jones said 15 precincts opened late, but by 8:30 a.m., things had cleared up. Jones also said people who signed up to be judges bailed on him.
