Vanilla Chiffon Cake Recipe Ingredients: 2 ¼ cup cake flour 1 ½ tbspn baking powder 1 tspn salt 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 7 eggyolks ½ cup canola 1 tspn vanilla Meringue: 7 eggwhites 1 ½ tspn cream of tartar ½ cup sugar Toppings: Mangoes or peaches in tins and chocolate syrup. Frosting: Whipping cream 750ml 1 and 1u002F2 cup up to 2 cups sifted icing sugar In a bowl, mix dry ingredients except sugar then set aside. Put eggyolks,sugar,water,oil and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolve. Sift in dry ingredients, mix until no lumps then set aside. Meringue: Beat eggwhites and cream of tartar using whisk attachment of stand mixer or hand mixer(max speed). Add sugar slowly beat until stiff. Add into eggyolk mixture(cut and fold method) Divide the batter into 8x3 inches pan(no grease or parchment kapag round baking pan) Kapag 11x15 inches kagaya sa video grease and lined with parchment para madaling matanggal at sobrang ganda talaga. Bake 160c 35 to 45 or until it's done. Enjoy!!!
