The new @bow.and.stern location is O-Fish-Ally open at @the.amazing.brentwood (see what I did there?) I was one of the lucky few that got to join in on a special preview of their new location, and I’m not over exaggerating, this was one of the best meals I’ve had in ages (and I’m a seafood snob so that should really mean something). The menu included ✨Hot Seafood Platter: Arctic Char, Tiger Prawns, Lobster Tails, Mussels & Clams, Seasonal Vegetables, Jasmine Rice ✨Signature Chilled Seafood Tower: Selection of Oysters, Jumbo Prawn Cocktail, Poached Lobster Tails, Tuna Tataki, Signature B&S Roll ✨Seafood Linguine: White Wine Cream Sauce, Prawns, Mussels, Clams, Salmon, Warm Bread ✨Lobster & Prawn Mac N’ Cheese: Lobster, Argentinian Red Prawn, Lobster Bisque Cheese Sauce, Toasted Herb Bread Crumb ✨East Coast Lobster Dip: Lobster, Mozzarella And White Cheddar Dip, Toasted Garlic Bread Crumbs, Served With Grilled Sourdough ✨Halibut Fish & Chips ✨Prawn & Avocado Cobb Salad: Mixed Greens, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Sliced Avocado, Gem Tomatoes, Radish, Medium Poached Egg, Grilled Tiger Prawn Skewer, Remoulade, Bacon, Green Goddess Dressing ✨Cioppino: Mussels, Clams, Prawns, Salmon, Seasonal White Fish, Tomato Fennel Broth, Garlic, Chili Flakes, Grilled Bread ✨Steak Platter I don’t think I’ve ever been so full in my entire life. And simultaneously furious because I wanted to eat more but physically couldn’t. I will definitely be back (and they even have plain Mac & Cheese on the menu, so I guess the kid can come).
