This apple cinnamon bread is perfect for fall and BONUS- it will make your whole kitchen smell amazing 😍 This loaf disappeared quickly. (Even my toddler was asking for more!) It just feels so perfect for the season. Here’s the recipe 👇 . Ingredients 1 cup packed light brown sugar (divided) 1 1u002F2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1u002F3 cup coconut oil, melted 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 eggs 1u002F2 cup almond or dairy milk 1 1u002F2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1u002F2 teaspoons baking powder 1u002F2 teaspoon salt 1 large apple, peeled and finely chopped (about 2u002F3 cup) Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×4 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, combine 1u002F3 cup brown sugar with the cinnamon and set aside. Combine remaining brown sugar and coconut oil until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, and milk, and mix until combined Add flour, baking powder, salt, and apples. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Pat apples into the batter with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Pour the remaining batter in the pan; top with remaining brown sugar-cinnamon mixture. Pat topping into the batter with the back of a large spoon. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. .
