Today I'm doing Semperit Cookies, Malaysia's answer to Scottish Butter Cookies. I'm trying out the recipe that I've learned from my beloved & respected teacher, Cg @noor_qasieh who always puts a lot of effort into teaching us so we can earn our own income. I'm trying out using the new semperit mould that I've got last week, trying a few patterns until I'm satisfied with the result. The taste of the cookies didn't disappoint me. Seriously LOVE❤️❤️❤️ the taste & the texture as it is not hard nor sweet. Just nice without having that overwhelmingly rich feeling in the mouth. Best of all it is very
