Xai Ricks, representing Long Beach Poly in California, followed his 800-meter title by winning the boys 15-16 400-meter crown in a lifetime-best 48.09 seconds at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships at Hornet Stadium at Sacramento State.
