Home Minister Amit Shah released BJP's manifesto for the impending Jammu and Kashmir elections yesterday in J&K. Mr Shah while unveiling the manifesto also ruled out any possibility of restoring already scrapped Article 370 in the union territory. The restoration of Article 370, which was abrogated in 2019, has been promised in the manifesto released by the National Conference, which is contesting the elections in an alliance with the Congress.
