A 23-year-old woman, who was on her way home, was dragged by a car for around four kilometres from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala in Delhi after the scooter she was riding collided with the vehicle early Sunday morning. The Delhi Commission for Women has taken cognisance of the issue and asked why no police personnel stopped the car.
