Congress and AAP have alleged vote tampering after the BJP candidate was declared the winner in the high-stakes Chandigarh mayoral polls. BJP's Manoj Sonkar polled 16 votes against AAP's Kuldeep Kumar who secured 12. Eight votes of the INDIA bloc candidates were declared invalid.
