The BJP is likely to win 8-10 seats in Jharkhand, a slight fall from its 2019 tally as per the India Today-Axis My India exit poll. The Congress, which is part of the ruling INDI Alliance government in the state, is expected to increase its tally to 2-3 seats in these Lok Sabha polls. The JMM holds currently holds only one Lok Sabha seat, Rajmahal. In 2019, the BJP won 11 out of 14 Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand, and the JMM, Congress, and AJSU won one seat each. Some important seats in the general elections in Jharkhand are Dumka, Rajmahal, Godda, Ranchi, Lohardaga, and Singbhum.
