In the Shraddha Walker murder case, the hearing for framing of charges has been concluded and the court will frame charges on the next date of hearing. Meanwhile, Shraddha's father has asked the court to be given her mortal remains so that he can perform her last rites. As Shraddha was murdered on May 18 and as per Hindu calendar her first death anniversary falls on May 8, her father says that he would like to conduct the last rites before May 8. Source: ANI
