Ahead of the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Foreign Ministers, many display boards were put up on May 03 at Goa’s Dabolim. In consonance with Goa’s culture, music and dance began at Dabolim airport as the state is preparing to host SCO Summit. The meeting of the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers is scheduled on May 4-5.
