Puducherry chief minister V Narayanasamy said that the Congress govt still has majority and the cabinet won't be dissolved after four MLAs resigned within two days. With this, the strength of ruling Congress party was reduced to 10 while it has support of three DMK and one independent MLAs. The legislative assembly of the Union territory of Puducherry has 30 elected seats and three nominated seats.
