Delhi Police claims that the police has arrested the person who carried out this incident with a 12 year old in Paschim Vihar.  People from the neighborhood immediately took the girl to the nearest doctor after the incident. Seeing the condition of the girl, the doctor immediately asked her to take her to some other hospital. After which the girl was taken to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital. From where he was later referred to AIIMS.
