The opposition bloc INDIA bagged six out of 13 seats in the assembly bypolls held across seven states. Congress won two seats in Himachal Pradesh; TMC has bagged three so far in West Bengal; and the AAP emerged victorious in one seat in Punjab.   The results for 13 assembly constituencies across seven states are set to be announced today following bypolls held on Wednesday. These by-elections witnessed moderate to high voter turnout, despite sporadic incidents of violence in Uttarakhand, Bihar, and West Bengal. Voting was conducted from 7 am to 6 pm. According to the Voter Turnout app of the Election Commission (EC), Tamil Nadu
