Today marks World Mental Health Day and it’s a good reminder for all of us to take care of our mental well being as we do our physical health. Mental health is a vital part of our lives, influencing how we think, feel and act. It affects our relationship, work, friendships and even the simple things in life. Let’s break this social stigma we have on mental health. Share your experiences as it will not only help you heal but also help create a lasting community where others will feel safe to express themselves. It’s not weakness to seek help. Whether it’s talking to a friend, family, spouse or a professional, each of us has the power to make a difference. We were thinking of making some laces that are “mental health” themed.
