I’m making this book part of a giveaway; check out my next post for details 📚🎁✨ Lonely Castle In The Mirror is a novel that I think would be better in the form of manga or anime. I read this in 2021. And as I wrote this review, I realized that the mangau002Fanime version are now available. I don’t really enjoy plot twist novel, that is why I hardly read any detective books. I find this kind of novels focuses too much on the plot and everything else usually exists in the service of the plot. I would prefer to read something that focuses more on the character development. But this is still an enjoyable book and an easy read. Probably could pass as an YA novel. If you like “Death Game” type of stories like The Squid Game or Alice in Borderland, this book can give you something similar, but with the brutal killing scenes replaced with drama and coming of age bits.
