The hip bridge with db floor press is an excellent exercise for gaining strength in you chest, core, and hips. Dr. Chloe demonstrated the movement with some dumbbells but you can sub them out for anything you want. Let’s go over a few key points. Make sure you fully squeeze your glutes at the end of each rep. If you don’t fully squeeze you want reach full hip extension, nor will you get everything out of this exercise. Also, be sure not to use your lower back during this movement.
